CUSTOMER SERVICE-

All jewelry purchased from SKYLER + JONES is made to order and will usually be shipped within 2-8 weeks of date of ordering. It might take longer depending on whether there are any changes requested by you or for any custom made orders. After your order is fulfilled and packaged, we will ship it via UPS Ground. For any items that are in stock and not custom made, we do offer shipping by UPS 2-Day Air or Overnight for an additional fee. Saturday delivery may also be available for an additional fee. No orders will be delivered on Sundays or holidays.

RETURN POLICY-

We are happy to accept exchanges 10 days following the delivery of your order, in the event that you find something wrong or defective with the item you purchased. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items have been damaged or misused. Items that have been customized in any way are final sales and will not be refunded after the order has been placed. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
